Welcome to Steep & Stretch Spa, where we take a comprehensive approach to relaxation and rejuvenation. Drawing upon ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, we consider your unique constitution and conditions to offer the most balancing, healing therapies. In a nurturing, grounding atmosphere, we prepare teas for our client with herbs grown in the garden and offer bodywork and yoga sessions.
